A formal Cultural Heritage Statement on Barrambin (Victoria Park), Brisbane, supporting applications for permanent protection under the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage Protection Act 1984 (Cth).
The Fourteenth Amendment guarantees that government must treat every person fairly and equally. A court emptied it once while leaving every word in place, and the same operation is running now.
